What does the announcement means…
After January 2018 new customers with telephone systems will not be able to get ISDN services. After June 2018 you as an existing customer will not be able to expand your numbers of ISDN services or move your business and reconnect with ISDN. In June 2019 Telstra will start to disconnect ISDN services from all businesses and in 2022 they will cease their support. So what do you do?
Most legacy telephone systems installed have ISDN services which are nearing end of life as per the announcement from Telstra last year.
